Quite frankly, it is a horrble place to reside. The complex is running down, only matched by its poor maintainance. Maintainance folks somehow prioritize the repair schedule, but you must bargain or barter for the simplest help. For instance: no pest control, further you must severely justify getting assistance and that won't happen on weekends. Roaches, silver-bugs/fish, gnats, mosquitoes, termites, and ants abound relentlessly. Maintainance will not change air filters or even assit you. Appliances are in poor condition, as old at 1983; very old. Dryers are hugely responsible for the excessively high energy bills, despite what corporation you try. (must speak with the utilities folks for the low down in confidence) They won't replace carpets, despite problems, and it looks like they don't even bother to clean the apartments prior to new occupancy. The check in list must be completes on a single form within 48 hours: no negotiation. If you don't have pictures and witness statements describing the prior condition of your unit, management will not consider your objections at all. Almost 4 years of road construction on 190 has severely affected businesses and ease of movement in/out of the apartment complex.

This person is off their rocker or just trying to break their lease. The Bridge is the only apartments I have ever heard of that even will come change your light bulbs out ,if a bilb burns out they supply the bulbs and change them out for you.The maintenance crew is on top of everything and do a great job very honest and I never have to worry about them while in my apartment very nice and trustworthy, and the Bridge has NO Control over road construction yu can take that up with the Dot!

This review is 100% accurate!!! I currently live here and cannot wait to get out. Condition upon move in is horrible - filthy, outdated appliances, worn out and dirty carpeting. Office staff, for the most part, could care less. It takes them forever to do the simplest maintenance requests. Energy bills are outrageous. I spend on an average $300 month for one of the smaller apartments. I would never, never, never, never recommend this dump to my worst enemy.
