I have been here since June 2003, it is a relatively quiet place compared to other local apts. However, the construction is cheap. The ceilings are very thin, you can hear your upstairs neighbor when walking normally on carpet, let's not talk about the tile...it sounds like they are going to fall through any minute. Cabinets and countertops are basic and bottom of the line. Carpet is nice but tile is not.
Master bedrooms are spacious, closets are great.
I lived in a 2-BR for a while, the 2nd BR is entirely too small.
Garages are great!
Pool too small, no hottub!
Maintenance man, James, is great!
New office staff is better than the old!!! They are courteous and efficient.
