Lived here for about 6 months now.
Like everyone has said before it is cheap.
Brush against walls and paint comes off.
Was trying to remove dirt off wall with water and paint rubbed off.
No water pressure.
Hot water does not last very long.
Parking is a pain.
Walls tremble when neighbors shut doors lol.
No room for dining table..have to use barstools.
Other then all that the bathroom is spacey, kitchen is nice, master bedroom is roomy, air condition works great, looks pretty clean, and seems to be a safe secure area.

whatthey say is true but the bathroom I have is teenie tiny. Way too small foe two ppl to share.

we put our table up against the bar wall and it disrupt the walk flow like i thought it would maybe its the way our couches are
