We've lived here over a year and a half. We've enjoyed most of. The paint does suck, the walls are thin, and it was cheaply built, but its quiet outside and we enjoyed taking walks with our boys, swimming at the pool, even taken the little ones to the club house for cartoons while I read my mail and got on the internet. our walk in closet was big enough to have our infant sleep in (nice because it was quiet and dark so he slept great). there are ups and downs about it but you'll get that most other places as well.
