I lived at Echo Station for about three years and was liking it okay until new management came in. I think her name is ------....she never returned any phone calls, was never in the office or anywhere to be found, RUDE, and nothing like ----- (the old manager). She is one of the main problems. I have went around to other apartment complexes and they seem to have been hearing the same thing about the management. She doesn't really seem to care about much.....
The apartments are nice, but seem to be cheaply built. I have lived upstairs and downstairs and either way you can hear every conversation that your neighbors are having. I had roomates and we pretty much had no privacy because we could hear everything we were saying through the walls. The carpet holds stains very easily so beware! The parking was not thought out very well because in some places, you are pretty much required to buy covered parking or you will have to walk a mile to your car. Also the gate seems to be broke every other week.
I would have loved to stay there but all in all the management is absolutely horrible. She needs to be fired!
