After almost 2 months of living here this place isn't worth the money at all when I first moved in my apartment wasn't even cleaned when I was told it was I found spots on the carpet and found in the kitchen where a garbage can had leak from a garbage leak I told the office personal about it so far hasn't been dealt with to this day.

As for the parking its some what okay you still see cars parking in the no parking zone and some of them parking in two parking spots thinking its okay for them to do that. As far as noise its like this you can hear your neighbor beside you or upstairs above you walking, talking you can even hear them talking on the phone to who ever is on the phone with them.

The grounds is taken care of by the lawn company they pay to come out and clean up the grass and etc. Every now and then you will see unpleasant tenants walking around with their dogs letting them use the bathroom near other peoples doors and walk ways the management personal is supposely is cracking down on them but I don't see it happening whats so ever.

Now for the safety' What safety supposely theres a cop that patrols the night out here but I never seen him around but not sure if he does come or not couple of other tenants have said they never seen him either.

Construction is somewhat okay they could fix the garages and overall look of the complex if they really wanted to but I doubt they would.

The staff is really clueless on questions when I ask them a question or someone else their like what' When you say it again their like what' Get a clue'

Overall about this place find some where else to live because alot of people are moving out of here and one of them is me soon real soon

I have to say I have seen the courtesy officer quite a few times, even writing tickets to people who are parking in the handicapped spots. I have noticed people letting their dogs us the bathroom wherever they want but people around here are lazy. I have read in the newsletter for the past 3 months about the pet stations but people don't listen. The thing with renting is people think they don't have to appreciate the property which makes those of us who do appreciate our home not even matter. Echo Station is pricey and not built like it should have been but is any place in Temple. I have lived at Summit Ridge, Woodbrige, Twin Oaks and University Courtyard and I have had the same issues there as I do here. I guess its just the business. I think the property looks really good and am overall happy here.
