This apartment complex is very nice. It is gated which is a plus! The management is somewhat hard to deal with. First, there were four different job changes in the office while I was there only a year. The manager can be nice, if she wants to and the newest assistant manager is great. There are lots and lots of bugs. And yes they will spray each week, only if you ask and you have to specify what type of bug you are seeing. The maintance is awesome. The head guy is the most personable maintance guy I have ever met. Once again, a little price ( I would say at least $150 over price) but nice.
