7 of the electrical outlets in the apartment did not work when I moved in and it took 3 months for maintenance to fix them (one of the outlets sparked everytime you got near it--talk about a fire hazard!!!). The bathroom ceiling leaks continuously and has never been fixed despite the numerous requests. The carpet does not match; there are 2 large spots in the living room that are lighter than the rest of the carpet. Evidently they replaced the carpet before they painted the walls, and the painters kicked over the paint in the middle of the floor so they just cut out the patches and replaced them with unmatching carpet. There is a large patch of carpet missing in the closet that no one bothered to replace. I don't recommend this apartment complex, no matter how desperate you are. PLEASE CONSIDER LIVING ELSEWHERE!!!

i lived there a couple of years back and my bathroom ceiling leaked too. it's the AC and mine actually froze up and wasn't working so you just need to ride their ass and they will fix it. i think it still leaked though after they fixed it.
