The complex has problems with the hot water a lot, but as a previous poster said, has no problems allowing residents without hot water (generally, only parts of the complex lose it) use empty apartments with hot water for showering. Recently, prices went up on the apartments but I am paying below market value and have a discount for working at a major retailer that allows me to live well within my means. Pool was down for some time but is now up and running just in time (school let out only a few weeks ago). The only real problem here is parking on the weekends. Space is relatively limited for how many visitors other residents seem to have and it can be tough getting in your reserved spot because many tenants don't alert their guests to the covered-parking-is-reserved rule. Work orders are generally filled quickly (sometimes while you're not home, but I've never had a theft problem with maintenance) according to priority. Laundry facilities need work, but only because residents misuse and overstuff appliances. Office hours are not great on the weekends and the answering service staff are generally rude.
