Just moved here on 5/1/09 when i moved in my apartment was not clean. lightbulbs burned out.did not even try to tough up the paint.and now every day they are piling more and more trash out on the back parking lot. i fill like i live at the dump grounds. when lawn is mowed iam the one that sweeps all the grass off sidewalk in front of my apartment. VERY DISPOINTED
