I was in the office today talking to the manager. He informed me that we are getting a fitness center. I have lived her for almost a year now. When I first moved in it was a little rough around the edges. I was mad a couple of times because they had to turn off the water to make repairs. They did always have the water back on by 6pm so we could all have showers. I am impressed that they replaced the bad water lines instead of trying to patch the existing one. The property is starting to look better and better. I called in a work order this morning expecting it to take a couple of days to get done because I know the staff here is busy. I was suprised when the maintenance man was knocking on my door 15 minutes later. The repair was complete only 45 minutes after I had called it in. I plan to renew my lease here. The office staff is very polite and make me feel welcome. The maintenance staff are very polite and well mannered. They seem to know what they are doing and always seem to clean up after their work is complete. I have lived at more than one apartment complex in Temple. This is the only one I have lived at that keeps their word!
