so this is the worst place to live. the apt manager is booty buddys with the security guard (who is a coward by the way) so who they want here and want gone is by there choice, they do not follow the rules what so ever. thomas the secrity guard is a ----- and talks bad to others peoples kids cause he cant handle his own when it coms to grown folks. if u have kids PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE. they rather ur children ride thir bikes in the street and get hit by a damn car then to ride them on th side walks where they are safe. its stupid and retarded. this place is based on favorites and thats that. unless u are friends with proporty manager or thomas u will get treated like crap here. I WILL NOT be resigning my lease here at all. they couldnt pay me to live here. I cant wait to move and i do plan on starting a petition to get rid of thomas. i dont feel safe with him here i feel like the kids cant do anything right with him here. also the maintence is CRAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I been waiting for things to get fixed for a while but yet again the maintence man is the property managers son and the security guards best friend. so its all hand in hand. anywho like i said this place sucks!!!

I AGREEE!!!!! THAT THOMAS GUY CURSES AT HIS CHILDREN! ANYTIME I WAS AT THE POOL THIS SUMMER, IT WAS OUTRAGEOUS! AND OFFENSIVE! AND THE PROPERTY HAS GOTTEN WORSE, THEY NEVER PICK UP TRASH ANYMORE, AND I CALL THE CITY MANAGER EVERY WEEK AND THEY TICKET MR. LOVE FOR ALL THE NASTY FURNITURE LEFT OUT BY THE DUMPSTERS. SO YOU ARE WELCOME TO CALL WITH ME TO HELP GET THIS PLACE UNDER CONTROL. MAYBE THEN THEY WILL REALIZE THEY ARE ------ TO US "NON" FAVORITES.

I totally agree! Bryan charges all kinds of extra money and pockets it for many reasons when he knows people don't have the money to take him to court and fight him. Thomas is insane and SO is his wife! Everyone plays favorites and it's sad. The kids are NOT safe playing here because Thomas threatens them and treats them bad. I will NOT be renewing my lease either.
