Very bad neighbors, ghetto people, cops are here a lot. Car alarms go off day and night. The maintenance people are horrible, and do not take care of the property and neighbors have told me that they do not respond to major issues in their apartment the right way. Many things seem to be covered up or half-way done. It is not safe here, many thugish people walking around and bassing out their cars.
Also, that one head maintenance guy... the bosses son i think... I've seen him ride around on that golf cart all day long, doesn't look like he does much of anything.
