Back parking lot used for dumping grounds Just moved here on 5/1/09 when i moved in my apartment was not clean. lightbulbs burned out.did not even try to tough up the paint.and now every day they are piling more and more trash out on the back parking lot. i fill like i live at the dump grounds.
