Newcomer - Several years ago, this complex was exactly what all the negative reviews are saying. Thugs drinking 40's and smoking weed and banging their music. Great Community! I've been living at Heather Lane Town Homes for 7 1/2 years and have had fewer than a handful of issues the whole time!
The staff is congenial, the maintenance issues are resolved accurately and promptly.
Things have definitely gotten better since this time last summer.

Love it! I haven't lived in an apartment type setting for over 20 years so I was a little apprehensive about living in "close" quarters. I am loving every minute of it. The staff have been very supportive and very helpful/friendly. Any maintenance problems have been fixed promptly!

Heather Lane.... This complex is wonderful.... it is my first apartment and so far it has been really well...the maintenance get things done in a timely mannor, the staff is very helpful when u need it, and the grounds are kept up, so it doesnt look trashy. And its a plus that walmart

Getto Livin This is not a safe place for woman or their children. Don't plan on getting anything fixed after you sign on the dotted line. If you want to check just call the terrell police dept. they have one officer per 12 shift just for our community.
