Probably The Best Apartments in Texas City

I've lived at Baypointe Manor for the past thirteen months. The research I put into getting good apartments was extensive as, to be frank, many of the apartments in Texas City are hives for crime and other shady dealings. But from my research, and my experience now, I can say Baypointe Manor is probably one of the best apartment complexes in Texas City.

Baypointe Manor certainly has higher rent than many apartments in this area, but as the old adage goes, 'You get what you pay for.' The managers, Linda and Della, have been with Baypointe for many years, and you will be hard pressed to find friendlier and more helpful individuals in all of Texas City, let alone among the other apartments. I've never had any maintenance issues, but the man who handles maintenance lives in the complex and is ubiquitous; I've never heard of anyone having any delays in getting anything fixed. Parking is not assigned and is strictly on a first-come-first-serve basis, but there's always somewhere to park. Noise has never been a problem for me, save for the repairs immediately following Hurricane Ike, but that's understandable, considering. Speaking of which, Baypointe Manor's reaction to the damage caused by Hurricane Ike, and the repairs they did, were instantaneous and nothing short of stellar. The power was out for an unbelievable six hours (it two some parts of the city weeks to get it back up) and my apartment did not suffer anything worse than some debris on the doorstep.

The only thing I could say about my experience that isn't positive is the fact that I live in one of the smaller floorplans, and with the way my plan is set up, moving furniture into the apartment is nigh-impossible. This is a problem with only a handful of the apartments in the complex, and certainly not a problem that can be solved, but it is present, so I would advise prospective renters to tour the floorplan and be sure moving will not be a problem. I don't have a great deal of furniture so the limitations of my floorplan are not terribly limiting, but I understand that will not be the case with most renters.

All in all, I highly recommend Baypointe Manor. Linda and Della make a stellar apartment complex one of the best places to live in this town.
