I HAVE BEEN A TENANT FOR A YEAR AT DRIFTWOOD APARTMENT; THE THINGS THAT GOES ON OUT HERE YOU NEED TO KNOW.THE MAINTENANCE GUY IS VERY RUDE AND LAZY,UNDEPENDABLE.ON SITE MGR.IS UNPROFESSIONAL IN HER MANAGERIAL SKILLS.THEIR IS FAVORITISM AND UNFAIR TREATMENT TOWARD TENANTS.PARKING IS ALSO A PROBLEM.MAINTENANCE IS NON EXISTANT:BECAUSE TENANTS ASK FOR MAINTENANCE AND THERE IS ALWAYS AN EXCUSE.

I am sorry that this resident was unhappy here with us.It does make me wonder WHY they lived here so long if they were SO unhappy.We do have new owners,but as for management we are still the same.We are usually 100% full and most of our residents are long time, being hear 10 years or more.We are a small apartment complex and we treat EVERYONE like family.As for Maintenance,Our guy has a full time job besides here.When people call maintenance in as they are supposed too.It gets done.Our Maintenance guy works 7 days a week so I don't think he is LAZY.Maybe tired sometimes and some people expect his to jump right on their stuff as soon as he get home.We do priorities first ,then the little things..No one had been with out AC,Heat or water,unless they didn't report it.As these are top priorities.Plus we managed at this time 2002-2006 4 other small complex.I do believe this review was written by someone that was asked to move out.Most of the people that live here and move out always come back.Then there are a few that can't get back in due to problems we may have had with them..I wish this person LUCK in finding a place that has the safety,friendliness and the Love that comes from the management and our residents.We do have a few I guess like this one that wrote review.that are unhappy here.We are a small apartment complex and there is not a lot of parking space but people are aware of that on move in..And yes we have children here that like to play sometimes.But over all it is a great place to live and raise your children.
