TEXAS CITY -- Police are looking for the community's help to solve the weekend killing of a 13-year-old Texas City boy. Assistant District Attorney Bret Griffin said the victim, Elton Francis, was discovered between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday by a group of youths in a grassy area near the Fountain Lake Apartments at 9001 Glacier. The victim, a resident of the apartments, had been shot twice in the head. He was transported that afternoon to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and died Sunday. No witnesses to the shooting have been identified, but the investigation is continuing, according to Sgt. Brian Goetschius with the department's criminal investigation division. "If anyone has some information, we would like to interview them," Goetschius said Sunday. "We aren't really sure of the circumstances yet. We're just putting the pieces of the puzzle together." Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Texas City police at (409) 683-5760.

You're thinking of Fountain Lake Apartments... You might want to get your story together before you make a fool of yourself by posting incorrect info. Fountain Lake and Lakeview do sound alike, but they are not the same.
