I lived in this apartment with a roommate for about one year. The grounds aren't horrible, but the parking areas could be better lit at night. We had no problems with the appliances or anything else needing maintenance. My only complaint is the horrible management that worked there when I lived there. Not only were they rude and belittling since me and my roommate are young students, they even lost my rent check and attempted to charge me late fees and penalties... Nice, not to mention they weren't very apologetic after they finally found my check a few days later, after writing a threatening letter to me of course. Another problem I had with the management was that I left my mother's commercial vacuum cleaner in the patio storage closet during the moveout so my roommate could use it to clean his side of the apartment. Then after he turned in his keys and I was going to turn mine in, I noticed the vacuum was gone. I suspect the management stole it and claimed to not know anything about it, since they were really too busy to help me recover my mother's vacuum cleaner and showed no concern.
