this is a place where low income families come in and bring all their indigent an d some who just dont want to work famly members. a search of galvestondaily news you see the kind of people who stay out there. not to say they dont have a strict application policy but its a apaprtment complex where they will move you out if you are gone to long, roaches are just mad, domestic problems, lazy maintenance, drug using office personell who some live on property with their boyfriend not on the lease. females who have boyfriends that have been living with the for a year or more and pay under 300 a month in rent when one works for the school district and the boyfriend works for the fire department #3206, and the apartments charging some on section 8 for rent when they shouldnt be paying abything. crimes so deep that people are stealing things in the apartments that shouldnt even disappear without people seeing. this is just a horrible place to stay unless you are on drugs and just have no place to stay at all. a good taSTE OF THE PROJECTS. -THEY ALL MOVED HERE CAUSE THEY TORE THEM DOWN IN GALVESTON , SO YOU FIGURE IT OUT.
