Just moved in in february and so far I am liking it. The property is well kept and they allow pets but I gave mine away. This place was better than the other places i saw around here and I don't know why it has this "ghetto" reputation. I had a hole in the wall from my bathroom door and maintenance patched it and put in a door stop like two days later.
