Not worth the money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Management sucks especially that young female assistant manager, rude as hell. Slow at addressing maintenance issue's, ant's everywhere. Found someones dog running lose one mouring so I tied it up outside my patio w/ water and leftover's to eat and just before 5:00 pm I found a note on my door saying that I have been fined for not paying a pet deposit, I explained what happened and they said I should have called the dog catcher. This apartment complex is located nowhere close to homes so I thought the owner would come looking for the dog soon. Try to be nice and you get fined. Rent at your won risk!!!! Most expensive apartment's in Texas City.
