I love this place I moved in August of '08. Found out that Ashton Park was under new management and it has been Great. Convenient location and priced right. Clean and friendly.
2 thumbs way up! When my AC went out I had a new unit within a day.

Quiet Place to Live The Breakers is great! Nice management and quite neighborhood. Fortunately the complex behind it has been taken over by new management. It has taken on a whole new look and what I think looks like a whole new crowd of people. I think the neighborhood has really brightened up
