The Oaks of Texas City 100% Recommended May 08 2008: we just moved here and compared to where we were living its great. sure they are older apartments, but maintenance has been fixing anything we tell him aboutg and the manager is professional and considerate. my neighbors have all been Veranda Apartments 100% Recommended Apr 14 2008: These are probably the best apartments to live in in Texas City. I am a student at UTMB and I can get to my parking spot at school in exactly 25 minutes. I love the apartment itself, lots of room Windsor Estates 35% Recommended Apr 11 2008: The apartments and grounds at Windsor Estates are very nice and it would be a great place to live but the staff is horrible. Ever since the new management took over around the beginning of 2007 everything has been wonderful! The office and maintenance staff are so friendly and efficient. We really think of the Breakers Green Meadows Apartments 33% Recommended Jan 31 2008: These apartments are the worst i have ever lived in. I have had numerous problems and no one has yet to resolve them. Refrigerator went out a month after moving in. Took another month to get it replaced. Leaky roof |
