I moved into Phase 3 about 3 months ago. I had a few small issues that needed attention and all were taken care of within a week. Parking has not been an issue nor has noise. It has been extremely quiet. Maybe even more so than my previous apartments. The apartment has some features (built in desk, cabinats, etc) that are cheap and not durable. For the most part I am happy. Location wise I hate it. I am moving back South when my lease is up.
