I LOVE MY APARTMENT BUT THE TRASH, LOUD PEOPLE COMING OUT OF ZEN BAR ON EVERY WEEKEND SINCE I MOVED IN...THE POOLS ARE SOOO PRETTY...BUT THREE HOT TUBS DONT WORK...AND I COMPLAINED FOUR TIMES ABOUT ONE OF THEM. THE PROPERTY IS NOT KEPT UP WITH. NOT TO INCLUDE THE $600 PET DEPOSIT FOR A DOG UNDER 5 POUNDS!

| I am one of the managers here at AR and I want to respond to your comments. We are currently beefing up security at Zen every night. You should start seeing an improvement on the trash, we added a porter for that very reason and we are inforcing our trash policy. There is only one hot tub, it's by the Dry Creek lodge and we just got it fixed. The other two are jacuzzies at the Veranduh pool meaning jets only. We appreciate your comments and will continue to strive to make this a great place to live. | |

What about the outrageous pet deposit?! It's basically double what every other apartment complex charges. Why?

I had problem after problem with the staff when I lived there. I don't think they track maintainance requests at all because I had to call in a leaking window for months to get it fixed.

Manager- I don't agree with you. You can step up security all you want. You can't control how many people come out of the bars at 2am Thursday-Sunday. You can't control the multiple people I saw peeing on your residents property or in front of me. You can't control the numerous fights I saw happening. The Colony Police are so far away from the property it takes forever for them to show up. The staff promised to contact me or turn paperwork over to me and failed to follow thru. Good luck.
