Moving Out - Beware!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I lived at Austin Ranch for the past year or so and overall my stay was "alright". While the property is nicely maintained, the overall attitude and tone of the community is mid 20 to early 30 year olds who are looking for the College/Frat lifestyle. My neighbors were noisy and inconsiderate, partying at all hours of the night, during the week on their patio. The local "security" would drive by but not confront or address the situation. Needless I had many sleepless nights.
Regarding my move out. My visit to the leasing off to turn in my keys was one of the few times I have been to the leasing office after signing my lease. First, my final statement was incorrect. Instead of charging for the final 15 days, they charged me the full month, it was corrected after waiting 30 minutes to be acknowledged in the leasing center just to be told to speak with another girl, who in turn sent me to another person.
I left my apartment very clean and spotless and have never had a problem with the condition I have left previous apartments. However, I have learned my lesson, make sure a representative does a final walk through with you. Unfortunately I did not as I could not afford to wait another 30 minutes to an hour to complete this. And now they are charging me for items that I disagree with totaling over $200.00 (after they deduct my deposit).
I am very dissatisfied with my overall stay at Austin Ranch from the Leasing process to the check out. The only thing that the apartment has going for it is the nice young lady who works at the Mail center, fortunately she does not work for Austin Ranch!
