Stay away! I live in Phase 3 and it has been a bad experience from day 1. My average electricity bill is $200 (!) a month thanks to the fauty construction and zero insulation in my building. The upkeep of the buildings amounts to zero. The buildings are filthy and are never cleaned.

Worst of all, the building is infested with scorpions. I find one-two scorpions inside my apartment on a daily basis. These are poisenous scorpions! The management has done hardly nothing to help me with the excuse that "they can't control nature". I feel invaded and unsafe in this aprtment and can't wait to leave. This place is dangerous for your health. I recommend for you to find another apartment.
