These people will take you for every penny you have. Moved out in December of 2006. They have tacked on extra days, thats not even on my lease. They say they never got keys, there is a list of charges, half of them I do not even know what they mean, they have taken 700.00 of deposit money from 2 different apts. and say I still owe them 720.00 more. Am contacting the Better Business Bureau. Just keep every record of everything, because they will $%^& you. They will not even meet with me for me to show them I do not owe this money, I have all the proof. They have put it on my credit report. This place sux, and I tell everyone I know. I have talked 4 people into moving somewhere else...

I'm with you! I tell everyone I can about our poor experience at Austin Ranch and I publicly bash Lucy Billingsley every chance I get. It's too bad the little hispanic tramp and the flaming f*g just love it to death over there. Oh well, more power to them.
