I currently live at Austin Ranch. I have lived here for about 3 1/2 years. Every issue I have ever brought to the management team 's attention has been resolved. The only issue I have had for the last year that has not been fixed is parking. I live in the building directly across Saintsburry from The Gecko and people are constantly parking at my building and walking over to the bars. VERY frustrating. I come home and have to park 3 buildings away. If you want to move here my only suggestion would be NOT to live right next to the bars/restaurants! Great place to live...convenient location and car insurance is cheaper just because you live in Denton county. :) SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

| Thank you for your comments, we understand that there is limited parking around the Gecko bar at night. We have lowered out prices of the under ground parking for that building to $10 per month to encourage residents to park in reserved parking which would free up more open spots for the patrons. That way they won't be parking in your area and walking over. During the spring and summer month's resident walk to Gecko's instead of driving which helps.
