When I came to Austin Ranch I was very impressed by the looks of the complex. My leasing agent was a complete jerk though. She no longer works there and I can understand why. She showed me an apartment in which I liked, went to sign paperwork and it was a different apartment because the one I looked at had already been leased. Everytime I call the office, I get transferred to someone that is not in the office today! The receptionist should say.."they are not in the office." I recently moved and have yet to recieve my final bill, I am sure I will get charged for something! Please do NOT move here, the beauty is just a facad!

Learn how to spell. Its spelled Incompetent and Facade. The same thing occurred to us because we waited two weeks to decide. The leasing agent was kind enought to show us some more models and we picked one the day we signed the papers and that is the one we got. No one is under any obligation to hold an apartment for you even if you are a member of the Royal Family as you appear to be.

I know I'm being hypocritical, but what is the point of your response happytexas? To be a jerk? Feel free to comment on my grammar. It's nice that your leasing agent showed you more models but that doesn't change anything from the original review.
