I want to say something nice because this site seems to be about negative things! I ve lived at Austin Ranch in 4 different apartments and have loved all 4 of them. There is so much to choose from and so much to do. That s way I love it here. I ve been living here since 2004 and have never had a problem with anything. I put my rent in the night drop once a month and when I need maintenance I call and let the office know.

I see a lot of little animals and critters when I m walking my dog or jogging but, I like it. It s part of the atmosphere of being here. I like all the land and trees and open space. It s like being some what out in the country, but still in the city. I guess I ve been really lucky with the units I ve picked. Every now and then I ll hear a neighbor or people outside on their patio or once in awhile depending on what time I get home I have to park further away because the parking is full or one of my neighbors puts their trash out on the wrong day. But all that stuff has happen at all the other apartment communities I ve lived at. It's all part of Apartment living. But none of that makes me not like my home or get mad.

I rented a house once and hated it when my neighbors on my street would let their yard get way out of hand or they starting mowing at 7 o clock in the morning or their dogs would be outside barking all hours of the night. My neighborhood didn t have community rules and boy was I missing the apartment life and the rules. Seems like you hate them when you live there, but sure do love them when you need them. It s a catch 22. Anyway, I highly recommend Austin Ranch to anyone. Make sure you pick out an apartment you like and a great location and hopefully you ll be as happy as I have been.

They don't bother me and I don't bother them.

Skunks are cool. They eat mainly insects so cheer them on. Once a month there is one near our stairs. I stomp on the ground and tell him to leave and he runs away.
