I have been here for a few months and absolutely love it. There is so much you can do, go out and dine, walk your dog and more. Not sure why so many people leave bad reviews, if you are not happy, simply MOVE. I have met so many people here, since I moved from out of state and it has been great. The office has alway been nice to me, and I have never encountered any issues. Parking can be a bit tough on the weekends around the retial, but I highly recommend Austin Ranch. Great community for all lifestyles. Thumbs up!!!!!!

When you have over 2000 units there are people that are going to be happy. There is a reason why there is a 38% approval rating for Austin Ranch. When people recommend others not move into Austin Ranch it is because of their experiance and they do not want to see anyone else have to deal with it.
