I lived there last year and the party scene was out of control. The walls are very, very thin so you hear everything going on in your neighbor's apt. I tried to transfer to another apartment due to repeated complaints on my neighbor with the Colony police involved. The office would never return my call and when I went in to talk with the manager, he was never available. They are really understaffed so you couldn't get anyone to wait on you. I don't recommend this place unless you are okay with no sleep and bass booming at all hours of the night however it's a very beautiful place just not pratical.

We are very sorry that you know longer reside here at Austin Ranch. We have made quite a few adjustments in our staff and policies in regards to our pools and resident complaints over the last year. I was there a month ago when I leased and the Manager wasn't a guy. They also said last year they didn't have pool patrol on the weekends like they had in the past and that they were going to have it again this year because so many people try to sneak into their pools.

The bands that are playing OUTSIDE at Zen on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights will drive you crazy if you want to even watch TV in your place. It's almost like you have rented a hotel room at a rock concert because you cant open the doors or windows, can't do anything except listen to what ZEN has booked in the way of talent for the weekend and live with it. It's a nice place but loud, loud, loud and mainly a place for teeny boppers in their early twenties.

well there is such thing as multiple managers soo.. the person under me needs to stop getting so defensive over an apartment complex.
