Manager Response is available.
Property Management is primarily concerned with issuing fines, fees, over-charging deposits, etc. That is their main priority.
They will put on fake smiles to get you into the apartments, and soon after they will stop returning your messages.
If you move here, understand that your deposit is gone. It doesn't matter how well you take care of your apartment and if you hire a professional maid service to conduct the postmove-out cleaning.
They will take it all and then send you a bill for more.
Staff in leasing office sets a whole new standard for incompetence. Understandable that most do not have college degrees, but it's possible some might not even have HS diplomas.
You ask them a pretty basic question, and nobody has an answer.

Actually being as I am friends with many of the leasing Agents THEY ALL have HS degrees and many of them have not only their Associates but also their Bachelors Degree. Maybe your ignorant ?'s left them speechless, and you mis-took this for ignorance when they had no answers for you. MOST of your answers are in your lease LOOK IT UP!

no, believe me, they are ALL ignorant. I am a former employee and want to help everyone know what they are getting into. the people working there have no knowledge or even care for other people including the one who live there. Beware!!! HELL HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh, and the "manager" will pretend to help you then take you down with your money- i have hand on experience from having to be apart of it.
