This seems like a good place. The staff was wonderful! They showed me three different apartments I was interested in all of which were very nice! The pools looked really nice as well. There does seem to be a lot of younger people living at this complex but who cares. My thought is it might get loud at times, but this can happen at any complex. It has happened to me at every other complex I've lived at. I've always thought that if noise is a problem for someone, they should think about moving to an old folks home. Should be quieter there!

From reading some of the negative reviews it really makes someone think twice about renting an apartment from this complex. I will say however, it seems that in most cases only those that are mad post on this website. If you have no problems and are happy then there is no reason to vent and visit this site.

Overall, seems like a nice place!

You should not rent from here you will get screwed six ways from Sunday! Seriously the looks are just a facade. DON'T DO IT!!! Looks can be deceiving!

I would recommend renting in Phase I or II...I believe most of the problems listed on here have been because of issued with the other phases. They tried to increase the number of available apartments to accommodate the demand so the other phases are lacking in construction quality. I have been here for 4 years and I have enjoyed it.
