Austin Ranch

I came upon this website while searching for apartments in Florida (the result of a possible job transfer next year). To say I was shocked would be an understatement; the amount of negative comments is unbelievable. As a resident of Austin Ranch I can say with all certainty that this is not the overall consensus, rather a small percentage of people who will never be satisfied. If you want an un-bias, truthful opinion I suggest that you visit the pool on a weekend, go check out any of the fitness centers or just walk the beautiful trails and grounds and ask the residents how much they enjoy living at Austin Ranch. Another way is to visit the leasing office and let the friendly, professional staff show you what A/R has to offer. When I went to the leasing office the leasing agents were exceptionally busy helping other prospective tenants (I was a walk-in and did not have an appointment) so this gave me a chance to look around. Within a few minutes I was asked by a young lady if everything was OK and if I needed any help. After explaining that I was simply waiting for a leasing agent, she (who I later found out was the sales and marketing director) then stopped what she was doing and dedicated her time to helping me. Needless to say, I was very impressed by this quality of service and have since realized that the maintenance crew, painters, and landscaping personnel are no exceptions.
The best thing to do is know what you want before you start looking. Don t lease an apartment next to the pool or sports bar then complain about the noise! I ve lived in apartments all over the country (10 years in the Navy) and this is hands down the best designed, outfitted, and managed community I ve had the pleasure of living in.
Don t let a few disgruntled people influence your decision, visit Austin Ranch and decide for yourself.
