Current resident for three years. The appeal of Austin Ranch was it's archicture and modern design, but that's where it stops. My neighbors have been noisy and rude. Each tenant to the side of me have motorcycles. One rides his on the sidewalk and the other works on it on the sidewalk as well. You can only imagine having a reving harley davidson right outside your door. I'm a dog owner and pick up after my dog from areas I know people walk through. Other dog owners do not! My first week at Austin Ranch, an upstair neighbor through eggs on my car. Nice welcome. I've had to call the police on a neighbor who was beating up his girlfriend at 4 a.m. more than once. That's another thing...with such a young tenant base, everyone like to party everyday of the week and all weekend. Doesn't work well when you have to get up early the next morning for work after 4 hours of sleep because neighbors are partying or fighting. If your immature, this is the perfect place to live!!!

Lastly, leasing staff and manager never return phone calls especially urgent one. Lease at your own risk.

So, if you like the following you'll love Austin Ranch:

Noise
Trash
No returned calls from manager or staff
Waiting time in lease office is min. 20 minutes
Dog waste everywhere
Fighting in the streets
Drunk drivers
Loud music
Immature tenant base
Outrageous deposit for dog and apartment

Wow, if things are that bad, why do you stay ,most apartments offer 12 month leases which means you have had 3 chances to move out of this place you feel is so aweful. If it is that bad why do you stay. I know beacuse it is not that bad, and you like the place.
