I spent a year in Austin Ranch. The management was always very helpful and any maintenence issue I had was taken care of promptly. There are a ton of convenient amenities to where you don't really have to go out much at all. I lived looking over the "party pool" and even at it's loudest, my apartment was always quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone who could afford it.

If you lived over the "party pool" then your apartment was not quiet...ever. This must be a management review of some sort or TXJPS is a liar. I lived there for a living hell of 8 months or so and lived over the main pool at the time, which is the one with the infinite edge and right by their "lake".

I can assure you that I do not work for Austin Ranch. I lived in Apt 222 and it was NEVER loud due to any of the parties at the Veranda pool. Maybe my apt was an anomoly, but my roommate and I had always commented that dispite how loud the parties were, we never heard anything from our apartment. I find it hard to believe that Austin Ranch gets a 38% approval rating. It just goes to show that the only people that go on and rate these things are just bitter and pissed off and when they see a good review, they think it must be management.
