No aparment complex is perfect, but this one seems to work hard to do their best. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem I ever had was that they tried to charge me for trash pick up for the month of August when I moved in on the 31st of the month. But I told them I wasn't paying it and they didn't seem to mind. There are alot of children in the complex which for some people can be good but for those who like to sleep in it sucks. They wake up early and skate board all over the complex and it frustrating. They have a lot of really great floor plans and I have yet to find any other place that offers the same square footage for the price. Granted I signed a lease while they were having specials, but if you do your home work they have really great prices. All of the pools are amazing. I'm not single but if I were this would be a great place to live. Lots of good looking people. I love pets, but if you don't go somewhere else because everyone here seems like they have a dog. I can find a parking spot 90% of the time that is close to my apartment but there are some area's that appear to have parking problems. Over all the only real complaint I have is the noise level. There are alot of loud cars late at night and a lot of loud children early in the morning. Even still I plan to renew my lease next year. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
