I have lived at Austin Ranch for over 3 years, 6 days before my lease was up they came into my apartment, took my belongings that were still in my apartment and then "threw" them away. I was notified a few days later with no apology, no real explanation except "the cleaning people" accidentally went into my apartment and threw everything away. When I asked who authorized them to come in, I was told no one. I was treated very rudely and I am beyond pissed that they threw away my belongings including items that are irreplaceable and things like dishes, silverware, a lamp, coffee table, items that clearly were not trash. I was treated like it was my fault they stole my belongings and I would NOT recommend living in a complex that does not care about their tenants!!!!

This is not surprising in the least. I would love to go with you and do the same thing to that ---- ---- -----------. It's shameful how she prances around with her husband trying to steal private property and then builds ---- like AR and treats tenants in that hell hole like that.

sadly, i'm somehow not surprised considering how the staff treated me any time i had a complaint or issue. too bad we spent all our money on overpriced rent that could've been used toward attorney fees to sue the ---- out of that damn place
