The staff in the leasing office do not ---------------. They are mean, snobby, unprofessional, and USELESS. Calling with a complaint is a WASTE OF TIME. They have no clue how to run a complex or how to deal with resident issues. DO NOT LEASE HERE. YOU WILL BE SCREWED.
