Don't rent here. The management is snotty and extremely judgemental. They discriminate against you if you have children and cater to the upper class drunks that continuously party there...and if your children get in their way, they'll kick you out with NO notice even if you are a single parent and have small children. If you want a normal, peaceful, family life, stay away from Austin Ranch! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

i agree. it is not a child-friendly environment at all, despite the cute playground, parks, & walking trails. the party crowd gets very out of control- esp on the weekends/ holidays. there are literally drunk people everywhere: in the streets and at the pools, being loud, cursing, stumbling, peeing on cars, throwing stuff....
i have also had several unpleasant run-ins with office management. i'm getting out as fast as i can and warning everyone i know!!

true. its a crooked complex. they discriminate, judge, take vindictive actions and they honestly get pleasure out of it. they enjoy pissing off residents & have no concept of decency whatsoever. they suck you in and things seem good but the second u have an issue, they get shady. awful, awful management. somebody should report them to the BBB. don't expect anthing but to flush your money down the toilet here.
