high pet depositS AND monthly pet rent AND fines if your dog poops in the "wrong grass".... then they'll keep your deposits & still charge you out the @#$ when you move out.

I had many complaints with Austin Ranch, but pet-friendly was not one of them. They may have an immature office staff, an unorganized maintenance crew and police harrassment, but they are very pet-friendly. There are plenty of places for your dog to walk, you just have to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pet. I do agree that they will keep your deposits. It is a $600 pet deposit and only $300 is refundable. Don't expect the other $300 back either.
