I have lived at these apartments for a year and have been very disappointed. The office staff at Estancia seem very nice and helpful..until you become a resident. Every person you talk to at the office tells you something different. The prices change according to the hour and the leasing "professional" you talk to. The property manager is very nice and caring but is rarely avaliable. The 2 biggest problems in this complex are parking and trash. If you plan on coming home after 8 p.m you better plan on parking outside the complex. There is never any parking after hours, people park in the handicap spots and covered parking (where you do get your car towed). However, the office staff seems to have no solution and no concern about this problem because none of the staff has to deal with it. Also, trash has been a big problem. There is only one trash dumpster in the entire complex, which makes it very hard because you have to put your trash in you CAR unless you plan carrying it across the entire complex. Also, don't plan on parking next to the dumpster because there is always glass and old trash near the area from people trying to avoid carrying the trash of the stairs. Overall, I think these apartments are nice, but not at all worth the money and the problems that arise. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

I don't know if you realize this or not but you are going to have these issues at any place you live. Buy a covered spot and walk down to the trash you might loose a couple pounds... exercise is good. Thats the problem lazy people.

Some people would complain if you hung them with a new rope.Obviously the views expressed in the above review were written by a fat lazy person that has a grudge with Life.

I live here and love it. I think it is better to have one very large trash can then 10 little ones all over the place stinking up everything. They do empty it on a regular basis. I just put my trash in the trunk and drive it down or my kids do it. As for management the staff has gone through changes but, that is the apartment industry. No matter what apartments you live in there will be changes. Everyone is very nice and they do a lot of fun things for the residents. I would refer a friend.
