I have lived at Estancia since Feb 2005. The only problem I have ever had is the trash. Yes, you do have to walk to dump your trash and some people complain - I complain a little but I just get over it and get a little exercise in the process... I knew about the trash issue when I signed the lease and you know what - I SIGNED IT ANYWAYS. The management is awesome... I have not had one problem with them yet. Estancia always seems to try to do things through out the month for its residents from breakfast at the gates to various holiday parties to having volleyball tournaments. You can rent movies at no charge and the gates work 99% of the time. A vehicle I remember broke the whole gate one time and within 2 days - the whole thing was fixed. I always see the maintenance people out and about throughout the complex and a couple of police officers for the city of THE COLONY are residence here?? which in some strange way makes me feel a little safer. I know when I have put in a work order it gets done within 2 days if not sooner. In over a year living here I have had ONE problem with parking, which I guess if it has only happened once it is really not a problem. The apartments always seem clean ?? no balconies seem cluttered, the people here are nice. They are even building another apartment complex right behind Estancia by the same management company ?? so they have to be doing something right.

To make this summary short ?? I would recommend this apartment complex to someone looking at this apartment community ?? just remember, if you are lazy and you don??t want to walk to dump your trash?? don??t come here, other then that I am happy here.
