Estancia at Morningstar
AVERAGE RATING

I lived at Estancia for 36 months and did not really have any problems while I was there. However, after moving out - I kept receiving water bills that were the current tennants' water bills. I called the office and they told me that I had a zero balance and that everything was fine. However, 9 months later, I get a call from a credit collection agency and they tell me that I owe them 486.00 from my previous stay at Estancia. The management there never even contacted me about any of this, and I called 3 times and was told I had a zero balance. Be sure to keep all records of everything from there - for you may need them further on down the road.

As Management, we are sorry to hear of this prior residents frustrations. We are in contact with her, and hope the situation can be resolved. We had tried to contact her via certified mail of the balance several times in 2006, to which we have the receipts from her forwarding address as being "undeliverable". Again, we are concerned of her frustrations and hope it will be resolved as we enjoyed having her as a resident for two years.
