Wow, I'm so glad to hear that someone else knows how I feel about the management here. I was so excited to move in at first and then quickly things changed as soon as I started having complaints (and I wasn't even being unreasonable or rude about the complaints). It's such a let down because I like the actual apartment but the office staff will be the reason for me moving and never recommending anyone over here!

I know what you mean, the management at Estancia is horrible! They are very condescending and obnoxious at times when dealing with tennant complaints. It's safe to say if you have a problem here, it's your problem, not their's!

Seriously? I have lived here for 3 years and I have never had a problem with anything concerning the management. The staff has changed around a little over the years but the staff that is here now is wonderful! Any issues are always addressed right away. Sounds like you have too much time on your hands for complaining! Some people just like to blame management for their problems. Ill be renewing my lease again this year.

Yeah, "SERIOUSLY". Geeze.... Just because someone else has had a different experience with management than you have doesn't mean that I have too much time on my hand or am blaming management for my problems. What is the purpose in getting so defensive on someone else's view on their own experience anyways??? I didn't attack anyone else's comment on having a good experience, I simply told my own view on things that I've dealt with. This will be my last response on this site because I don't have anymore time to respond to any ignorance such as yours, "satisfiedresident022". You're really making yourself sound like you're a part of the office staff or just really unopen minded and incomprehensive to what you're reading. Good luck with your renewal and I'm glad you've enjoyed your experience. I won't throw out any immature comments on your experience as you did mine because then I'd just make myself sound as ignorant as you just did!

I agree with satisfiedresident022 as I have also lived here for the last three years. The manager has been here since I moved in and she happens to be very sweet and always helpful...
