When ever I first moved in on Sept 2007 it was good, no problems what so ever. But then by Feb 2008 there were a lot of rats seen at the end of the apartment complex by the back fields. It was only for like a month, and then that was no longer a problem. There are some loud kids that live on the first floor and they just sit outside at like 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning talking really loud, and laughing, but its only every once in a while. But I actually think that they moved out because that is no longer a problem. I left my windows half way open one night (now that its really hot) and nothing happened to my car. Good neighbors, no BIG problems. Management is decent, I mean one second they say that they care about your problems, but they dont fix it until 2 weeks later. Whenever I moved in, the apartment smelt really bad, my boyfriend came in, and took a shower... the water was all gross and smelt like eggs, his skin was all oily. But they came after a week to fix it, and then everything was fine. That was literally the worst week every. The second problem was the refrigerator. We had bought food for the second week from moving in and the frig. ruined the milk, eggs, salads, everything! and the finally gave us a new frig. that opened the wrong direction from an apartment down stairs. we still have it and just deal with it. its not really that bad. and didnt want to make it one. FINDING A PARKING SPOT IS INSANE! YOU WILL NEVER FIND ONE IF YOU COME HOME LATE, I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND 3 MONTHS, AND ITS BEEN THE SAME THROUGH OUT. but all of this is because its an apartment complex and there will always be problems. But, after all not that bad of place. People should check it out.
