Don't be fooled by advertisements you read about Estancia!! This place is not a luxury apartment community. The office staff is terrible once you move in. They are nice as can be when they are trying to lease your apartment to you. Though once they have you locked in it changes. Especially the manager...although I hear she finally got canned. Not 100% sure b/c I avoid the office as much as possible!! Parking here sucks and the price you pay for what you get is ridiculous! The walls are thin and you can here people around you...I know this is an apt but it is more so here then in other apts I've lived at. This is probably the worst apt experience I have had!! Can't wait to move outta here!
