Don't you all know that the Manager writes the good reviews and deletes the true ones, Which are usually bad ones.
My experience at this particular apartment community, And I use that term loosley. Was especially horendous, The garbage was discusting and unkept up.The residents for teh most part are a bunch of drunks ( Including the Office personnel) that like to go out to the pool, Hoop, Holler, and party like a bunch of uncivilized trailer trash, No offense to the
Manager but, She is what she is.The maintenanace staff is Dwarfed by the knowledge of a lab rat when it comes to making repairs but hey in -------I guess thats as good as it gets over there.There is never a place to park, And if you are lucky enough to find a parking place, And decide to leave you can usually can find that your car has been damaged by some pinhead thats parked beside you with a 1947 Oldsmobile.Or be akwardly surprised by someone performing some lewd sex act out of their car, Or as the case was with me, It was a Jeep.In conclusion the Office staff besides being obnoxious and oh does this make may butt look fat concieded are far from any help. I think maybe someone from their corporate office should look into this. As it seems from time to time , Upon visiting the Office the staff , appeared to be " ON SOMETHING " If you catch what I'm saying.The Manager is grossly unqualified for this posistion as well as her friends, I mean her staff. People such has these have no business in this type of job as it promotes a lower class of applicants both resident and employee to apply. I would suggest that this whole group of Office personnel as well as maintenance personnel be relieved of all duties, And maybe if they are lucky can obtain employment more to their individual skill levels such as Waitress at a burger joint, Senior toilet cleaner or possibly these suggestions are aiming to high for their intellect. I have no doubt once management reads this it will be deleted but, Hey like they say the truth hurts, And you can put sugar on a turd but, It's still A TURD.

I've lived her two years, and think this is grossly exaggerated. Never had a problem with ANY office staff, repairs are done quickly and efficiently, I live right near the pool and the only noise I hear is during the day from kids playing at the park. Parking isn't great, but thats how it is at any apt complex with 3 stories. Get covered parking, or deal with it. It will only change by moving to a non 3 story apt. Overall, been a great experience here. The trash isn't bad. Does it smell, sure. Does it get overloaded, yes. But it is a big trash compactor, rather than dumpsters at every corner. Its at the back of the complex, and does not detract from anything.

This is a lovely apartment community. It is clean, the apartments have excellent features and appliances, the maintenance people are prompt and I cannot hear a sound! The insulation is amazing. The only thing that is somewhat inconvenient, is that the parking space is not assigned and there are few carports available. Otherwise, it is a delight to live here!

I don't agree at all with the person that posted this review. Sound like there are other issues thats the problem maybe a some personal issues. Are you fat? Is that why you don't like the office staff. Cuz they are Hot! This is apartment ratings rate the apartment and provide specific examples of issues not slander the whole community.

Why don't you write to the management company? If you have issues and they are not being solved, you have to take the next step....

Lol @ the "Are you fat?" remark. I don't think providing specific instances is best since (s)he may fear retaliation from office personnel if she still lives there. I hope that you do take some sort of action against this apartment complex. Document it and see where it goes.
